Meet the Doctors
Dr. Neil Rechsteiner came to Green Bay Animal Hospital when he was a high school student as a kennel attendant. He graduated from U of MN in 1982 and became owner in 1984. He is a member of the AVMA, WVMA, and past member of the Advisory Committee at MATC. He is a two time recipient of The Assisi Award, and a volunteer for Cats Anonymous, and Keshena Animal Rescue. Dr. Neil is married, has two daughters, and two grandchildren, and enjoys traveling, snowmobiling, boating, and motorcycling.
Dr. Becky Krull also started with Green Bay Animal Hospital, as a kennel attendant while in high school . Dr. Becky earned her D.V.M from the University of Wisconsin in 2005. In May of 2005 she joined the team as a Veterinarian and in 2009 became co-owner of the practices with Dr. Neil. Dr. Becky is married and has two children, two dogs, three cats, and two guinea pigs. She enjoys spending time with her family, gardening and biking.
Dr. Abby Lengas is our associate veterinarian but started with us as a kennel assistant while attending Ashwaubenon High School. She went on to receive her Veterinary degree at North Carolina State University in 2016. Dr. Abby currently resides in Green Bay with her Husband, their dog Ellie and their cat Schmoe. Dr. Abby enjoys camping, spending time with her family and friends, and crocheting.
